1. Injection molding machine: The injection molding machine is the core equipment for plastic extrusion. The inner and outer barrels are electrically heated together, acting as a “heat source” for the machine body. In cooperation with the screw, the plastic is crushed, softened, melted, plasticized, vented and compacted, and the rubber is continuously and evenly delivered to the molding system. The screw is the “heart” of the extruder. Only the movement of the screw can complete plastic extrusion. The rotation of the screw generates shear force to break the plastic; the rotation of the screw generates thrust, which makes the broken plastic move forward continuously and thus generates extrusion pressure. The extrusion pressure generates reaction force on the screen plate and other parts where the pressure reaches, causing the plastic to flow and stir, thereby achieving a comprehensive balance in the extrusion process.

2. Extrusion die: The die is a metal cavity of a specific shape used to form the insulation layer or sheath layer of the cable. When the molten plastic passes through the die, it is restricted by the die to form the required shape and size.

3. Cooling device: After the plastic passes through the die, there is usually a cooling device to quickly cool and harden the plastic to form the required cable components.

4. Traction device: The traction device pulls the cooled cable components out of the mold to ensure the continuous production of cable components.
