Activity overview

The chosen location for the event was the outskirts not far from the city, offering pleasant natural scenery and abundant outdoor activity resources. We gathered early in the morning at the starting point, full of anticipation for the day ahead. First, we engaged in a fun ice-breaking game. Teams were divided into small groups, each needing to unite and use creativity and strategy to solve puzzles and complete tasks. Through this game, we discovered the different talents and strengths of each team member and learned how to collaborate closely under pressure.

Following that, we embarked on an exhilarating rock climbing challenge. Rock climbing is a sport that requires courage and perseverance, and everyone faced their own fears and challenges. Throughout the climbing process, we encouraged and supported each other, showcasing the team spirit. In the end, each person reached the summit, experiencing the joy and sense of achievement in overcoming difficulties.

Continuing with the team-building activities, we organized an intense inter-departmental men's tug-of-war competition. This competition aimed to foster collaboration and competition among the different departments. The atmosphere was vibrant, with each department eagerly preparing to showcase their strength to the others. After several rounds of intense battles, the technical department emerged the ultimate victory.

In the afternoon, we participated in an exciting team-building training session. Through a series of challenges that required teamwork, we learned how to communicate effectively, coordinate, and solve problems. These challenges not only tested our intelligence and teamwork but also provided a deeper understanding of each other's thinking styles and work preferences. In this process, we not only built stronger connections but also cultivated a more powerful team spirit.

Following the conclusion of the activity, we held an awards ceremony to honor the performances throughout the day. Each participant received different gift rewards, and the departments were recognized with first, second, and third-place awards.

As evening approached, we held a dinner party, where we indulged in delicious food, laughed, and shared interesting stories from the team building process. After the meal, each of us expressed our thoughts and feelings about the team building experience. At that moment, we felt warmth and closeness, and the distance between us became closer. Furthermore, everyone shared many practical and feasible ideas and suggestions for the company. There was unanimous agreement that similar activities should be organized more frequently.

The importance to have team building

This outdoor team-building event allowed us to enjoy the beauty of nature but also strengthened the cohesion and collaborative spirit among teams. Through various team challenges and games, we gained a better understanding of each other, finding the synergy and trust needed for effective collaboration. With this outdoor team-building event, our company once again demonstrated its people-oriented values, creating a positive and vibrant work atmosphere for employees. We believe that through team cohesion and collaborative spirit, we can collectively achieve greater success!"
