4). Cooling and solidification: Once the plastic enters the mold, it will cool and solidify quickly by water chiller.
5). Mold opening: When the plastic is completely cooled, the mold will open. The upper mold and the lower mold are separated to remove the formed power cord or cable outer insulation layer.
6). Finished product processing: The finished product taken out from the mold will be transferred to the next processing stage, such as cutting, packaging, quality inspection, etc.
2. The plastic waste generated by the injection molding machine refers to the waste plastic that has not been formed during the injection molding process, including cut waste and waste generated during the injection molding process.
